General Remarks and Terms and conditions:

• We will try our best to give you the requested car model for your trip. However, if the said car model is not available, then a similar category car will be provided.
• Our booking system is linked with flight tracking system, we keep a track of the flight status for all arrivals.
• For all arrivals, normal parking charges are included in the tariff, waiting charges will be applicable after 01:30 hours from the actual flight landing time.
• For Full day and Half Day Chauffeur service, Salik, parking charges and 1 airport pick up or drop are included in the tariff.
• For departure / any non – airport related transfers, waiting charges will be applicable after 30 minutes.
• For Chauffeur Service – Hourly (Minimum 3 Hrs), Full day (10 Hrs) and Half day (5 Hrs) – excess hours will be charged as per booking
• Smoking and Consumption of Alcoholic drinks are strictly not permitted in our vehicles. The penalty of violating the same will be minimum AED.1000/- and can increase subject to the damage occurred.
• No Show and Last Minutes Cancellation will be charged 100%.
